When parents enrolled their children to your center or school online, they can choose "need pickup service"option. Then fill out the start time, end time, and which day need to be picked up each week, and pickup time.
Click "submit" button, system will generate pickup schedule for each enrolled students. You can go Pickup - Monthly Task to check and confirm.
Change Monthly Pickup Tasks
When pickup schedule was changed, update monthly pickup tasks in one page.
Step 1: Go to Pickup – Monthly Tasks.
Step 2: Check the pickup plan boxes and click the “Update” button.
Step 3: You can update pickup time, change the driver, or cancel the pickup.
Step 5: Click “Save” to update your changes.
Send Updates to Drivers
Click "send email" button to send monthly pickup task updates to the selected drivers.
