There are many roles in your school, so you need distinguish between different permissions. When adding staff, you also have the ability to set different profiles, that is the different levels of data access, depending on how much information a staff member needs to know from the website or app.

Add Staff/Teacher
This kind of staff members have access to the features and data of the marketing or My School modules.
Set up:
Step 1: Go to My School - Staff.
Step 2: Click the "New User" button and enter the user's name and email, select a role, assign the "Teacher Profile" to this user.
Step 3: Click "Save".

Add Pickup Drivers
These staff members only have access to the features and data of the "Secure Pickup" module.
Step 1:  Go to My School - Staff.
Step 2: Click the "New User" button and enter the user's name and email, select a role, assign the "Driver Profile" to this user.
Step 3: Check the :Is Driver" option.
Step 3: Click "Save".

Notes:

1. If you assign the "Driver Profile" to the user, please confirm that check the option "is Driver" so they can use the BB School app to complete pickup tasks.

2.After adding a new user, please confirm that check the option " Active" to active the user account.
